We are moulded glass-reinforced plastic (GRP) or fibreglass specialists. We fabricate many components that are used in the automotive industry. We service Gauteng, the rest of South Africa and neighbouring countries.

They will make any bakkie look more rugged and aggressive, plus they will protect your vehicle and others on the road from flying mud, rocks, and debris. It not only adds style and resale value to your vehicle but can hide damage or rust around the wheels. Fibreglass is usually made to match the paintwork of your vehicle.

We have done various racing vehicle’s parts and we strive to provide this unique and exhilarating industry with superb quality, that allows for maximum speed (off-course!).

We reliably fabricate, design, and deliver glass-reinforced plastic (GRP) (fibreglass interior) décor pots, swimmingpool loungers, deck chairs and kid slides. This is specially for the leisure, hospitality, and children recreational industry, within Gauteng, nationally and neighbouring countries. We have standard sizes but can custom make to your specific preferences.
Décor Chain Groups
Our large range of plant pots for décor chain groups are gorgeous and come in various colours. They can be used in most environments, outdoors or indoors. We have various standard sizes, custom designs, shapes, and these can be painted to any colour from the RAL colour code range, to rust paint or could even be mosaiced.
Fibreglass is an ideal solution if metal corrosion is a problem and is light weight for easy transporting. It is thus recommended that they are weighed down if used outside, as to not be damaged due to windy conditions.

We can produce any quantity of any component that can be made from fibreglass (GRP), specifically required by the mining industry.

Pattern and Mould Making
Fibreglass Logic are experts in the making of our own fibreglass patterns and moulds within Gauteng, the rest of South Africa and to Neighbouring countries
Our highly skilled team will guide you through the various processes to accurately achieve your objectives. During our initial discussions, we can advise on design criteria and feasibility for such matters as mould-ability and perhaps the addition of peripheral components. Our early input, and with Peet Reyneke’s engineering expertise, can greatly improve functionality and appearance, while reducing tooling and component costs.
Making a custom fibreglass product is a 3-step process. Firstly, the master pattern is produced which replicates the final product. From there, the mould is constructed. Once, this is finished, many fibreglass products can be fabricated from the mould. Although we do have already-made moulds available, such as our range of children’s slides for example, we can make a heavy-duty GRP or Fibreglass production mould.
Precision Pattern Making
Working from a design brief, concept drawing or a CAD model, a timber or foam master pattern can be produced. This replicates the finished product exactly, including the surface texture and finish. We construct master patterns in-house to client’s requirements. We ensure through our process quality patterns and quick turnaround times.
Production Mould and Tooling Design
From the master pattern, your personalised mould is then made to enable the manufacture of the finished products. The mould is an important part in the entire process since the quality of each final product is a direct reflection of the mould itself. Our moulds are properly manufactured and structurally supported, and the best quality of materials are employed.
